いや, 相変わらず仕事速いですなぁ. 頭下がります. 
cvs の snapshot を早速試してみましたが, 手元の環境では
妙なエラーが出てしまいました. 

$ gpview T.jan.nc@T,level=3

そいから, install.rb の help メッセージに -b bindir を加えて頂けませんか.
