Now the source code and compiled binary for decoding GPV data can be downloaded from the
following home page:
http://www-cger.nies.go.jp/publication/M014/metex-home/index.htm
The program is one of the utility programs of CGER's Meteorological Data Explorer for
Windows. User's guide and technical details are include in the report for METEX.
I hope the program can give non-programmers a relief in extracting The GPV data.
