uz p GET(CP,IPARA)	Inquires an internal variable.
uz p SET(CP,IPARA)	Changes an internal variable.
uz p STX(CP,IPARA)	Changes an internal variable (permits change with a runtime option)
uzinit	Initializes an internal variable.
NumRu::DCL.uzfact(rfact)	Multiplies an internal variable by this factor
uzpsav	Saves an internal variable to a scratch file.
uzprst	Resets an internal variable using the value saved in the scratch file.
