DCL:GRPH1:SWPACK: Machine-Dependent Routines:Various Databases
There are 2 font files named 'FONT1' and 'FONT2'. (See
Sections 8.1.2, 8.1.3.)
Upon installation, the ASCII format data files must be converted into
format-free data files using the conversion program (CVFONT). This step is
necessary since the structure of a format-free data file is not the same for
different compilers.
This data file in not directly used in the SWPACK. It is accessed from szfont in SZPACK. The file name is searched by swqfnm. These data are read when the character graphics routine is first called, and is not accessed again until the font index is changed.
